1. Usage of Engineering Tools (Calculators)
ENGINEERING DISCLAIMER:
All calculators, simulators, and solvers provided in the GridFix Engineering Toolkit (including but not limited to PoE Voltage Drop, Link Budget, and RTT Calculators) are intended for educational and preliminary planning purposes only.
While these tools use industrial-standard formulas (IEEE, TIA, ITU-T), real-world variables such as environmental temperature, local electrical interference, and component degradation can significantly alter results. GridFix Labs and its founder are not liable for engineering decisions, site implementations, or hardware purchases made based on these metrics without independent verification by a certified professional engineer on-site.
2. Technical Fidelity
Pingdo.net is provided "as is". We strive for 99.9% transparency in our diagnostic algorithms. However, network latency is subject to ISP routing, browser engine limitations, and local CPU scheduling. These results should be considered "Client-Side Observations" and not "Absolute Network Truth."
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GridFix Technologies and its staff from any claims arising from the deployment of physical infrastructure based on data derived from this website.
