Pingdo does not purposefully collect, store, or sell personal identifiable information (PII). In our diagnostic tools, IP addresses are used solely for the technical execution of ping requests within your local browser environment. This data is volatile and is never written to our persistent databases.

To keep our engineering tools free to the public, we utilize Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

4. Web Beacons & Tracking Pixels

Google AdSense and Google Analytics may use web beacons (also known as tracking pixels or clear GIFs) to collect information about page visits and ad interactions. These are small, transparent images embedded in pages that communicate back to Google's servers when loaded.

7. Do Not Track (DNT) Policy

Pingdo respects Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. When your browser sends a DNT: 1 header, advertising cookies are not set during your visit.
